บริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) ประกาศความพร้อมการจัดงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 ระหว่างวันที่ 15-26 กรกฎาคมนี้ ทีชาเลนเจอร์ ฮฮลล์ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี โดยเตรียมปฏิวัติงานจัดแสดงรถยนต์ตามรูปแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่-New Normal วางมาตรการคัดกรองผู้เข้าชมงานอย่างเคร่งครัดตามข้อกำหนดของรัฐบาล ค่ายรถยนต์-จักรยานยนต์ชั้นนำเข้าร่วมงานคับคั่งบนพื้นที่กว่า 170,000 ตารางเมตร และเตรียมเปิดประสบการณ์ใหม่ Virtual Motor Show จำลองบรรยากาศงงานสู่โลกออนไลน์เพิ่มทางเลือกให้ผู้ที่ต้องการเลือกซื้อรถยนต์

            ดร.ปราจิน เอี่ยมลำเนา ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารบริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะประธานจัดงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 เปิดเผยว่า “งานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 จัดขึ้นภายใต้แนวคิด “แรงบันดาลใจ” หรือ “INSPIRATION UNLOCKS THE FUTURE” เพื่อสื่อถึงการที่โลกยุคปัจจุบัน ผู้คนต่างสรรสร้างแนวความคิดใหม่ๆ เพื่อสร้างเรื่องราวสู่ความสำเร็จ ค้นหาแรงบันดาลใจเพื่อเป็นจุดเริ่มต้น และปลดทุกพันธนาการสู่ความสำเร็จ”

            “แม้ว่าในช่วงต้นปีที่ผ่านมาประเทศไทย และทั่วโลกเผชิญวิกฤตการแพร่ระบาดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 แต่บริษัทรถยนต์ชั้นนำ และบริษัทจักรยานยนต์ ตอบรับเข้าร่วมงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 อย่างคึกคักเหมือนเดิมบนพื้นที่จัดแสดง 170,960 ตารางเมตร ยืนยันได้ถึงการเป็นงานแสดงรถยนต์ชั้นนำของภูมิภาคเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้” ดร.ปราจิน กล่าว

             สำหรับมาตรฐานการคัดกรองผู้เข้าชมเพื่อความปลอดภัยด้านสุขภาพจากการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 คุณจาตุรนต์ โกมลมิศร์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติการบริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ฯ และรองประธานจัดงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ เปิดเผยว่าจำเป็นต้องขอความร่วมมือผู้เข้าชมงานทุกคนสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ในฮอลล์จัดแสดง และใช้สเปรย์แอลกอฮอล์พ่นมือทำความสะอาดทุกครั้งก่อนเข้าไปทดลองนั่งรถยนต์

            คุณจาตุรนต์ เปิดเผยถึงขั้นตอนเพื่อคัดกรองผู้จัดแสดงงาน และประชาชนผู้เข้าชมงานตามข้อกำหนดของภาครัฐ “ในตอนนี้ทางอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี ซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของสถานที่จัดแสดง มีมาตรการตรวจสอบดูแลด้านสุขอนามัยตามข้อกำหนดของภาครัฐอย่างเคร่งครัด การตั้งจุดสแกนแอปพลิเคชั่นไทยชนะ, การวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกาย และซื้ออุปกรณ์เครื่องฉายแสงยูวีฆ่าเชื้อแบบเคลื่อนที่ Germ Saber UVC Sterilizer เพื่อใช้ทำความสะอาดฆ่าเชื้อภายในพื้นที่จัดแสดงเข้ามาเพิ่มเติม โดยทางบริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ฯ ในฐานะผู้จัดงานจะเสริมความมั่นใจให้ผู้เข้าชมด้วยการเตรียมจุดคัดกรองก่อนเข้าสู่ฮอลล์จัดแสดงอีก 1 ครั้ง รวมทั้งจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เพื่อวัดอุณหภูมิร่างกายทางดวงตา (Eye Temperature) ที่มีความแม่นยำเป็นมาตรฐานสากลที่ใช้งานในสนามบินหลายแห่งทั่วโลก”

            ในขณะที่มาตรการเสริมเพื่อลดความแออัดของพื้นที่การจัดงาน คุณจาตุรนต์ กล่าวว่ามีการปรับเพิ่มพื้นที่ทางเดินทางกลางจาก 6 เมตรเป็น 10 เมตร และทางเดินระหว่างบูธจาก 3 เมตรเป็น 6 เมตร จัดพื้นที่สำหรับการเจรจาธุรกิจเพื่อรองรับลูกค้าเพิ่มเติมกว่า 3,000–5,000 ที่นั่งให้กับแต่ละแบรนด์รถยนต์ และรถจักรยานยนต์ เพื่อจะสามารถกระจายลูกค้าที่ทำธุรกรรมต่าง สู่บริเวณพื้นที่โหลดดิ้งด้านหลังของอาคารชาเลนเจอร์ 2

            นอกจากนี้บริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ฯ เพิ่มความเชื่อมั่นให้บริษัทรถยนต์ที่ร่วมจัดแสดง และผู้เข้าชมงาน หลังจากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย (ททท.) มอบตราสัญลักษณ์ Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA)  รับรองว่าการจัดงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 มีการจัดเตรียมมาตรการทั้งด้านบริการ และด้านสุขอนามัยเป็นไปตามที่ภาครัฐกำหนด 

             ในขณะเดียวกันเพื่อสอดคล้องกับรูปแบบวิถีชีวิตใหม่-New Normal บริษัทกรังด์ปรีซ์ฯ ร่วมมือกับผู้พัฒนาแพล็ตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เตรียมเปิดประสบการณ์ใหม่ Virtual Motor Show จำลองบรรยากาศของงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 สู่แพล็ตฟอร์มออนไลน์ พร้อมออกแบบ e-Catalog และมีระบบแชตเพื่อพูดคุยโต้ตอบกับเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ใหม่แก่ผู้ที่ต้องการเลือกซื้อรถ และรับโปรโมชั่นเหมือนในงานปีนี้ ซึ่งนับเป็นครั้งแรกของงานแสดงรถยนต์ในประเทศไทยที่มีการจัดงานแบบ Virtual พร้อมกันไปด้วย

            สำหรับงานบางกอก อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มอเตอร์โชว์ ครั้งที่ 41 จัดขึ้นที่ชาเลนเจอร์ ฮอลล์ 1-3 อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี ระหว่างวันที่ 15-26 กรกฎาคม 2563 โดยวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เปิดให้เข้าชมงานเวลา 12.00-22.00น. วันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เปิดให้เข้าชมงานเวลา 11.00-22.00น. ราคาบัตรเข้าชมงาน 100 บาท

                Grand Prix International Public Company Limited is ready to host the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show from 15 July 2020 to 26 July 2020 at Challenger Hall, IMPACT Maung Thong Thani. The show has been prepared in accordance with the new normal way of life by setting preventive measures in conformity with the government regulations. Numerous leading car and motorcycle brands has confirmed to join and fill up the area of over 170,000 square meters. Introducing a new experience with the Virtual Motor Show, which has been created to bring the automotive show into the online world to provide an additional channel for those who want to buy a car.

                “Even though at the beginning of the year, Thailand and the world have encountered the crisis due to the COVID-19 outbreak, like every other year, the leading automotive companies and motorcycle companies agree to participate in the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show, organized on the space of 170,960 square meters, affirming the status of the leading automotive exhibition in Southeast Asia” said Dr. Prachin.

                Regarding the standard of visitor screening for the safety in terms of public hygiene from the COVID-19 outbreak, Mr. Jaturont Komolmis, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited and Vice Chairman of the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show unveils that it requires the cooperation of all visitors to wear a face mask at all time when visiting the show, and clean their hands with alcohol sprays every time before getting into exhibited cars.

                Mr. Jaturont also reveals the process to screen exhibitors and visitors following the government regulations. “IMPACT Muang Thong Thani as the venue owner has specified strict measures in line with the government regulations by arranging the scanning points for the Thai Chana application and the body temperature check, and purchasing the Germ Saber UVC; the ultraviolet sterilization robot for the additional venue cleaning. Also, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited as the organizer strengthens the confidence of visitors by setting up another screening point before entering the exhibition hall, employing an eye temperature scanner, which is accurate and meets the international standard, used in the airports of various countries across the world.”

                For the additional measure to reduce congestion of the venue, Mr. Jaturont explains that the main gangway width is increased from 6 meters to 10 meters, and the alley between each booth is increased from 3 meters to 6 meters. Moreover, the organizer has provided the spaces at the loading area behind the Challenger 2 with a capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 seats to accommodate customers of each car and motorcycle brand for closing a deal, handle various transactions and business talk.

                To increase the confidence of automotive companies and visitors, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited obtains “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration” (SHA) certification from Tourism Authority of Thailand to assure that the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show has the provision of services and public hygiene, which is in line with the preventive measures declared by the government.

                To correspond with the new normal way of life, Grand Prix International Public Company Limited collaborates with the online platform developer to introduce a new experience with the Virtual Motor Show, simulating the atmosphere of the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show to the online platform. It also features e-Catalog that comes together with a chat system for communicating interactively with the staff to offer a new experience to those who want to buy a car and receive the same promotions as in the Motor Show. This is the first time of the Motor Show in Thailand that is organized on a virtual platform in parallel with the real show.

                Mr. Peeraphong Eamlumnow, Chief Operating Officer of Grand Prix International Public Company Limited and Vice Chairman of the 41st Bangkok International Motor Show explains about the details of the Virtual Motor Show. “This year is the first time we apply the technology to increase accessibility to the Bangkok International Motor Show in the new normal era in order to facilitate those who cannot visit but would like to receive the information about the show. We launch the Virtual Motor Show on the web platform so that everyone is accessible to the basic information of each exhibitor of this year, including product information and promotions, which the brochures are available to download. The special point is that it comes up with the Live Chat system in which customers can get details and book a car directly with the salesperson of each brand.                 The 41st Bangkok International Motor Show will be held at Challenger 1-3, IMPACT Maung Thong Thani, from 15 July 2020 to 26 July 2020, at 12.00-22.00 hrs. on weekdays, and 11.00-22.00 hrs. on weekends and holidays. The ticket price is 100 THB.
